My mom and I were able to make it out to Washington, D.C., in late November of this year to attend a promotion ceremony for one of my brothers. We were fortunate enough to enjoy some sunny weather on one of the days we were there, and got to see a lot of the historical landmarks that D.C. has to offer. By the way, congratulations Colonel Osborne.
